LIFESTYLE NUTRITION 

Hear me out:  I am not some gourmet cook. I rarely measure anything and all my meals, and those I cook for my family, need to be put together in less than 30 minutes.  And... I've found a way to create a healthy, home-cooked lifestyle which saves money and time. If your life is as crazy as mine - this is for you - NOW!

YOGA 

As a certified yoga instructor, I believe that yoga is essential to feeling your best.  Whether it's recovering from a run or heating it up in a rigorous vinyasa class, we have full yoga sessions for you in our "Run to Lead" courses and you can find shorter poses and classes by following me on instagram/facebook at  @theundefeatedheart 

As a type-A, working mama, with a jam packed schedule, mindfulness does NOT come easy to me.  In fact, one of the reasons I studied and got certified in this area is so that I can help those of you that think you're "too busy" that this "isn't for you." Mindfulness can make a HUGE difference and it's not as hard as you think!
